MDS Nurse
We are seeking an MDS nurse to work directly under the Director of Nursing in a facility in Jamestown, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and entering/analyzing Minimum Data Sets, RAC-CT certifications are not required. The perfect fit would be a local candidate who would be able to work on a direct hire basis, however, we are also able to work with contracting nurses and we can also assist with relocation and provide housing.
